Ito Ogbo Festival is a triennial (once every three years) cultural festival in Obosi, in Idemili North LGA, Anambra State, which celebrates octogenarians — people aged 80 years and above — while they are alive.

- Purpose: It honours those who have reached the age of 80, recognizing their long life, wisdom, and contribution to the community.
- Titles & Regalia: During the ceremony, male celebrants are given the title “Ogbueshi” and wear a red cap; women are given “Ogbueshi?Nwanyi” and wear a red scarf.
- Ceremony & Rituals: Includes prayers, speeches, masquerade displays, cultural dances, feasting, and communal gatherings. Also involves religious thanksgiving (church visits etc.).
- The festival dates back several hundred years (around 400?600 years in various sources) as an age?long tradition of longevity and respect in Obosi culture.
